A simple plum cake that still tastes really good? I was looking for a recipe like this and found it with the Tyrolean plum cake. Half of the dough is ingeniously pre-baked. For me the easiest plum cake and just right for the autumn season when plums are plentiful. A 28 springform pan was used.
