Hi everyone! ☀️😸 Today, we’re taking you on a little kitchen garden tour our tiny backyard patch right next to the kitchen. Just open the door and… boom! Fresh greens everywhere 🚪🌿 In this cozy garden, we grow all sorts of goodies leafy greens like lettuce, bok choy , kale, and Malabar spinach, plus cucumbers 🥒, tomatoes 🍅, chilies 🌶️, pumpkins 🎃, and radishes 🥔 all started from seeds, grown with so much love and care… and yes, 100% organic! ☺️ ___ Taking care of the garden isn’t as hard as it sounds. Since it’s a small space, we use a cute little mini sprayer that’s perfect for a mini garden 💚. In the mornings, we spray beneficial microbes to nourish the plants, and in the evenings, we use wood vinegar spray to keep the bugs away 🐛 ___ Today I'm cooking four dishes straight from our homegrown harvest : 🥣 Northern-style Malabar spinach curry 🥫 Mushroom kales stir-fried with canned fish 🥒 Spicy Thai cucumber salad (plaa) 🌼 Steamed stuffed pumpkin blossoms 🥟 I swear, everything tastes 300% better when it comes from your own garden 😸 Hope you enjoy hanging out with us and soaking in a little sunshine today.
