In this video, I show how I would create a workout plan from scratch for a natural athlete in 2026, using the logic I apply in practice: data collection, volume definition, exercise selection, workout split, repetition ranges, intensity, progression, and adjustments. The idea isn't to give you a ready-made split, but to teach you how a natural athlete should structure their own training. Because for natural athletes, training needs to generate enough stimulus to progress, but without exceeding recovery capacity.
