Join me in cooking – it'll be delicious and fragrant! 🍽️🌲 📝 To prepare this delicious dish you will need... 🍖 1 kg pork neck 🥬 800 g sauerkraut 🌲 100 g bay boletes 🧅 1 onion 🧄 3 cloves garlic 🥄 2 teaspoons lard 🥓 200 g raw smoked bacon 🧂 1 teaspoon salt ⚫ 1 teaspoon pepper 🌶️ 1 teaspoon red pepper 🌿 1 teaspoon marjoram 👩🍳 Preparation: 1. Slice the meat and season on both sides. 2. Heat a teaspoon of lard in a pan, then fry the chopped onion for a few minutes until translucent. 3. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for half a minute, being careful not to burn it. 4. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes until softened. 5. Squeeze out the excess juice from the cabbage, chop it into smaller pieces, and mix with the onion and mushrooms. 6. Grease an ovenproof dish with the remaining lard. 7. Place the prepared cabbage in the bottom of the dish and arrange the meat slices on top. 8. Cover the dish and bake for 1.5 hours at 180°C (350°F), using top and bottom heat.
