I think all psychology students and therapists should go to therapy. It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my personal and career journey and today we go over topics such as transference, compassion fatigue, the importance of self-compassion, burnout and some unique insights I only learnt through sitting on the other side of the armchair.
