Mutton Biryani

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today I’ll show you how to make delicious and aromatic mutton biryani at home. Follow this easy recipe step by step, and you’ll get restaurant-style biryani every time!” 1. Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. 2. Marinate mutton with curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt for 1 hour. 3. Heat oil/ghee and fry onions until golden brown. 4. Add whole spices, tomatoes, green chilies, and cook well. 5. Add marinated mutton and cook until tender. 6. In another pot, boil rice until 70% cooked and drain. 7. Layer rice over the cooked mutton. 8. Add fried onions, coriander, mint, and a little ghee on top. 9. Cover tightly and cook on low flame (dum) for 20–25 minutes. 10. Gently mix and serve hot
