Ten years ago, Nicole gave birth to her son, but there were complications and ongoing issues: her pelvic floor ligaments never went back to normal function, she had frequent urinary tract infections, and she lived with the challenges of "urge incontinence." After profound experiences in both the walking meditation and the coherence healing meditation, Nicole experienced immediate physical improvements...as well as some emotional resolution and healing.
