Atomic Borki can hardly be called a city, but it could well have been built in the Kharkov region. It all started with the foundation of a nuclear power plant near the village of Borki. They planned to build a city similar to Pripyat for nuclear power engineers. They managed to build very little - several high-rise buildings, a kindergarten and a hospital. However, after the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, construction was stopped...
