De bewaard gebleven moestuinen bij deze buitenplaatsen maken onderdeel uit van ons erfgoed. Op Tuinderij Eykenstein in Maartensdijk worden ook nu nog verse groenten geoogst. Tuinder Luuk Schouten en vrijwilliger Katinka leggen uit wat hun bezig houdt in deze moestuin: ‘We willen weten wat we eten’.
