In this video I share everything I ate in the day before I worked out, however I didn’t add the dinner that I ate after to the video. I believe we ate out on this day, and I got a chipotle chicken burrito. I also didn’t add every snack that I ate, but eating enough calories is actually kinda challenging for me. I try to make sure I get enough protein etc, and that’s why I track everything with an app and work with a nutritionist to make sure. 🙏🏻 Thankfully I’ve been able to gain muscle in the last year, so I’m on the right track and there’s been a lot of progress.
