An acquaintance introduced me to this bakery as "my favorite bakery in Fukuoka. The Roots' amazing feature is that even the smoked chicken and some of the bacon they put in their bread are handmade in the store. The owner says, "It tastes better and costs less," and the breads are carefully made with a lot of time and effort for the price. It is no wonder this is a popular store.
