On the third day of my four-day Hokuriku trip, I begin in Yamanaka Onsen, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere surrounded by historic architecture and nature. After leaving the Kaga Onsen area, I head to Kanazawa. Of course, the first stop is Omicho Market, known as “Kanazawa’s Kitchen,” where I indulge in fresh and delicious seafood. After visiting the unique Oyama Shrine and strolling through the nostalgic samurai district, I end the day with a feast of excellent Noto-style sushi. On the final day, I explore the city of Kanazawa at a slower pace. Starting from Gyokuseninmaru Garden, I continue to Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and the former Ishikawa Prefectural Government building.
