A solo hike | Eagle Falls Trail | Cumberland Falls State Park

Hike date: May 30, 2026 Join me as I solo hike the Eagle Falls Trail in Cumberland Falls State Resort Park in Kentucky! This trail is rated as moderate on All Trails, but after hiking it myself, I'd personally describe it as moderate to difficult in several sections. The rocky terrain, elevation changes, and uneven footing definitely made it more challenging than I expected—but it was absolutely worth it. Recent rainfall meant the waterfalls were flowing beautifully.
