The non-stop 2,559 km endurance challenge continues, and things just went from intense to absolutely chaotic. In Part 2 of this epic road trip from Darjeeling to Bangalore, we head deep into the highways of Bihar under the cover of night—only to find out that the road had other plans for us. Forget standard Indian potholes; the craters on these stretches are literally massive kuan (wells) that could easily end a trip right then and there. It became a pure test of ground clearance, sharp reflexes, and survival for our car. Just when we thought navigating the crater-filled highways was exhausting enough, Google Maps decided to do what it does best: pull off a classic betrayal. The navigation rerouted us off the main highway and pushed us straight into a narrow, pitch-black, sketchy andheri gali (dark alley) with a loaded truck right in front of us.
