GALLETAS DE HARINA PAN MAÍZ SIN HORNO HECHAS EN SARTÉN Y CON HORNO FÁCILES Y SIN GLUTEN 2 OPCIONES

These delicious cookies are very easy to make and are delicious. The best part is that they're made with gluten-free cornmeal and are delicious. I'll show you how to prepare them in the oven and on the stovetop in a pan, so you have two options to make them however you like. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 Cups Precooked Cornmeal 240 g (P.A.N. Flour) = 15 tablespoons 1/2 Cup Sugar = 110 gr = 6 tablespoons 100gr of melted butter or margarine = 5 tablespoons or 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil = 125 ml = 10 tablespoons 1 Egg 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Pinch of Salt Lemon or orange zest (optional) PREPARATION: Beat the egg with the sugar, add the vanilla, salt, and melted butter or margarine or oil (whichever you are using). Beat until completely smooth. If you want, add lemon or orange zest, whichever you want to use. Beat very well. Add the baking powder and begin adding the flour in batches, beating until all the flour is incorporated. Mix well. If you can't do this with a whisk or spatula, knead by hand. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes because it needs to hydrate. *If the dough is too soft, add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of flour. It will also harden as it rests because it will hydrate. OVEN PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Begin forming the balls that will become the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the balls slightly to shape them. If you want to sprinkle a little sugar on top, which is optional. Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes. When they begin to brown around the edges, they're ready. Remove from the oven and leave them on the baking sheet because they're soft and can break. Once they cool, they'll harden and be ready. Enjoy! NO-BAKE PREPARATION: Make the dough into balls, all roughly the same size, and shape them into cookies. You can sprinkle a little sugar on top if you like. Place them in a dry frying pan over very low heat with a lid (you don't need any kind of fat because the cookies contain a lot of butter, margarine, or oil). Bake them for 20 minutes. They'll begin to fluff up and dry on the surface, always with the pan covered and over VERY LOW, MINIMUM heat. After 20 minutes, they're ready.
