Awesome and Vintage R&O Hydraulic Service Elevator @ Rue De France in Edina, MN

(7/31/2020) I had come to this place a few times when I was younger. One time, I take the Schindler 300A passenger elevator down to LL and look around. I find another elevator, but I didn't ride it because of that sign saying "NO PASSENGERS ALLOWED". Flash forward to July of this year, and I finally returned to ride this thing. This elevator is awesome! I love the buttons, the cab, the vintage feel, and the epic ness this thing has to offer. It runs pretty good considering its age, and that cab is one of a kind. It is also in pretty good shape for being a service elevator. I assume at one point this was the passenger elevator, but was switched to the service when the Schindler 300A was installed. For the longest time, I knew you could only get to this thing on B and 2, and I always wondered where this opened on G. I thought it opened into the now closed National Camera and Video, but it turns out it opens into a service corridor. The service corridor is VERY creepy, and I'm glad nobody was around. Overall however, this thing is epic and I hope it stays like this for a long time since there is really no need to modernize this.
