The player, who was a sensation at Sporting Lisbon, hasn't done badly in his first season at Arsenal (21 goals and 3 assists in 3,500 minutes). In fact, for me, he's almost worked a miracle considering he's been in a team that generates almost nothing offensively, similar to what Lamine and Pedri experienced with Spain at the World Cup. As always, it's the context that makes the difference in performance, and I have no doubt that if Gyokeres scored 21 goals in 3,500 minutes at that Arsenal, with Flick's Barça he would be scoring between 30 and 50 goals per season.
