Gluten-Free Millet Tea Cake | Soft, Healthy & Tea-Time Perfect ग्लूटेन-फ्री मिलेट टी केक | सॉफ्ट, हेल्दी और चाय के साथ परफेक्ट Bake this soft, moist and healthy gluten-free millet tea cake made with Bajra, Ragi and almonds—perfect for tea time, breakfast or healthy snacking. बाजरा, रागी और बादाम से बना यह सॉफ्ट, मॉइस्ट और हेल्दी ग्लूटेन-फ्री टी केक चाय, नाश्ते या हेल्दी स्नैकिंग के लिए बिल्कुल परफेक्ट है। Ingredients | सामग्री (for 700g cake ) Bajra Flour – 100g (¾ cup) बाजरा आटा – 100 ग्राम (¾ कप) 👉(or any millet flour ) Ragi Flour – 80g (¾ cup) रागी आटा – 80 ग्राम (¾ कप) 👉(or any millet flour ) Almond flour – 60g (⅔ cup) बादाम पाउडर – 60 ग्राम (⅔ कप) 👉(or peanut powder or cashew powder ) Cornstarch – 40g (⅓ cup) कॉर्न स्टार्च – 40 ग्राम (⅓ कप) 👉(or arrowroot powder or tapioca starch) Powdered Sugar – 130g (⅔ cup) पिसी चीनी – 130 ग्राम (⅔ कप) 👉(or jaggery powder ) Oil – 100ml (½ cup) तेल – 100 मि.ली. (½ कप) 👉(or butter or ghee) Curd – 120g (½ cup) दही – 120 ग्राम (½ कप) 👉(or 3 eggs small ) Milk – 160ml (⅔ cup) दूध – 160 मि.ली.
