Doctor Who: Army of Ghosts fixed opening

Here's my attempt at fixing the "Army of Ghosts" opening by removing the BBC logo from the cold open (pre-titles) and placing it where it truly belongs. I used a VHS recording of the episode's 2006 Sci-Fi Channel (US) broadcast, which omits the BBC logo altogether, to mask the area where it appears. The results are obviously not perfect, but this is exactly how all Series 2 episodes should've aired in 2006, with "The Girl in the Fireplace" (excluding the 2023 Blu-ray release), "The Age of Steel", and "The Satan Pit" being the only ones to follow the correct practice.
