Doctor Who: Tooth and Claw fixed opening

Here's my attempt at fixing the "Tooth and Claw" opening by removing the BBC logo from the cold open (pre-titles) and placing it where it truly belongs. Very easy to mask the areas, thanks to both shots remaining static when the BBC logo appears. The results are obviously not perfect, but this is exactly how all Series 2 episodes should've aired in 2006, with "The Girl in the Fireplace" (excluding the 2023 Blu-ray release), "The Age of Steel", and "The Satan Pit" being the only ones to follow the correct practice.
