+3 Admission 2026 Notification (Odisha) The official notification for Odisha +3 (UG) Admission 2026-27 through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha has already been released by the Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha. Admissions are being conducted online through the SAMS portal. 1st Selection Merit List released: 22 June 2026 2nd Selection Merit List: 2 July 2026 Classes are expected to start from 10 July 2026. Option Freeze, Float and Slide-Up Meaning Freeze → Accept the allotted college and do not participate in further rounds. Float → Accept the seat but remain eligible for a higher preference college in the next round. Slide-Up → Accept the allotted college but seek an upgrade to a higher preferred subject/stream within the same institution or preference list if available.
