What Are the Weeds Sown by the Enemy, the Devil, Who Instigates All Evil in the Spiritual World? Just as the people of the world are furious when countless innocent people are killed in wars, Jesus was enraged at Satan, who caused His spiritual children to shed their blood. He revealed his identity to His children through the Parable of the Weeds and Wheat, teaching them not to be deceived by the lawlessness that fills the world, such as Sunday worship and Christmas.
