We went to eat at an authentic Asturian restaurant and tried one of their star dishes, in this case, the Asturian stew (pote asturiano), cooked slowly over a wood fire with more than 10 ingredients. We also sampled their stewed meat. They have a short menu, but it's all traditional Asturian cuisine, like the stew and the fabada (Asturian bean stew), and other dishes such as tripe, stewed meat, and much more. The place itself is very charming, made of stone and wood; you could say it's a true Asturian cider house (chigre).
