🪶 Después de 20 años de terapia, esto es lo que de verdad nos ayudó
🪶 What truly helps us heal? After more than half a lifetime of therapy, study, contemplative practice, and spiritual seeking, Mardía Herrero and Rafa Millán look back to share what has truly transformed them. In this conversation, we discuss healing as a living process: learning to harmonize with reality, integrating our different dimensions, and listening to the heart. We explore therapy, the Camino de Santiago, spiritual teachers, nature, marriage, motherhood and fatherhood, vocation, literature, myths, and spiritual practice. We also explore an idea that encapsulates this journey: heart therapy, an integral psychology that doesn't reduce human beings to a single school or technique. In the video, we also present our new training program in transpersonal psychology and spirituality, seriously understood: a theoretical and experiential journey with exercises, meditations, biography review, community, and guest collaborators. More information is available on our website. Topics covered: What does healing mean and why healing is never a finished state. What helped us through our own crises and life processes. How to integrate psychology, spirituality, literature, myth, and experience. "Heart therapy" as a broad perspective on humanity. Why accepting our wounds can transform them into a gift for others. The new training program and its academic, hands-on, and experiential approach. Tell us in the comments: what has helped you heal?
