Hi everyone! Welcome to another vlog of our travel adventures! Today we will take you from the camper site Los Dolores to the beautiful Cartagena. It promises to be a day full of history and adventure, so let's get started right away! We start the day at the camper site Los Dolores. It is a quiet and well-maintained place, perfect to relax after a long drive. But today we have something special planned: a visit to Cartagena! Before we leave, we will make a short video of the camper site, so you can get an idea of ​​what it looks like here. It is always nice to share tips with other travelers, right? Then we jump on the scooter. The nice thing about a scooter is that you can quickly and easily get to the most beautiful places. The ride to Cartagena is an adventure in itself: sun-drenched landscapes, a light breeze, and the anticipation of what we are going to see. Once we arrive in Cartagena, we first go to the Roman Forum. What an impressive place! Here you really step back in time. The excavations are beautifully preserved and give you a good idea of ​​what life was like thousands of years ago. We take the time to look at everything and of course we make some nice shots for the vlog. Then the Punic Wall is on the program. This is a piece of history that goes back even further than Roman times. It is fascinating to see how the city has built up layers of history on top of each other. The museum at the Punic Wall is also highly recommended, with interesting explanations and beautiful exhibitions. To end the day we drive to the fortress on top of the mountain, Castillo de la Concepción. The climb is a bit tough, but the view at the top makes up for everything. You can see the entire city, with the harbor and the surrounding hills. Here we take the time to enjoy the panorama and end the day with a final video recording. And so ends our historical day trip to Cartagena. We drive back to the camper site satisfied and look forward to our next adventure to Alicante.
