Weak Swap Tutorial

Weak Swap is a method of memorizing edges such that the UB and UL (or UF and UR) edges end up swapped if there is parity, without knowing whether or not you have parity while memorizing edges. This tutorial is made for the context of 3bld solving, and there will be more content in the future on using weak swap in 3bld. Graham Siggins and Kevin Matthews originally conceptualized weak swap to use in Multi Blind.
