About this video: Part 38 of my video series "APRILIA RS250 Rebuild Racing Machine" is about the further optimization of my Aprilia RS250 model 1995 - LD01. So that the rocket can compete at the front again this season, the engine is getting its annual maintenance. This year, in addition to new pistons, we are also installing our fast 70 hp cylinders, which have since been repaired and recoated. We measure the pistons and cylinders as usual, determine the annular gap/squish gap, and adjust everything properly.
