About this video: Part 42 of my video series "APRILIA RS250 Rebuild Race Machine" focuses on further optimizing my 1995 Aprilia RS250 model - LD01. The annual pre-season preparation requires a fresh piston replacement so that the rocket can start the new season at full power. We disassemble and measure the cylinders and pistons and install new pistons. Additionally, a new, large carbon airbox will be used in the 2026 season, which we also test-fit in this episode.
