Moreover, the number of eyes is infinite because it's being focused on by cameras and then broadcast. Is it for show? Intimidation? Self-satisfaction? Self-promotion? Domination? A gimmick? Or what? We don't know. But what we do know is that the boss is displaying reprehensible behavior. He's not only humiliating others, but especially himself. He's exposing his own shortcomings: emotional, short-tempered, unable to control himself, arrogant because he's taking advantage of his power, suppressing demotivators, and most definitely: incompetent to lead!
