Soft Butter to butter pan 2- 21 oz Cans of Cherries 1 C. Granulated Sugar 1 C. All Purpose Unbleached Flour 1 Large Eggs at Room Temperature 6 T. Salted butter melted and cooled Bake in a 10" Cast Iron Skillet or 2 Qt. Casserole dish. Bake @ 375 degrees 35-45 minutes OR until golden brown on top and cobbler is hot and bubbly around the sides.
