It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (serves 3-4) ・2 potatoes (280g) ・30g carrots ・1/2 cucumber ・4 slices of ham ・2 tablespoons mayonnaise ・1.5 tablespoons Greek yogurt ・1/2 teaspoon sugar ・1/2 teaspoon granulated consommé ・Salt and pepper A suitable amount ■How to make 1. Place the potatoes in a heat-resistant bowl with the skin on, add about 1/3 water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. 2. Remove once and pierce with a bamboo skewer. If still hard, microwave for another 2-3 minutes. 3. When soft, remove and use paper to peel the skin while it is still hot. 4. Add sugar and consommé, mash, cover with plastic wrap, and cool. 5. Thinly slice the cucumber, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt (not included in the recipe), mix well, and leave for 5 minutes. 6. Cut the carrot into 4 equal parts lengthwise, thinly slice, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and allow to cool. 7. Cut the ham in half and cut into 1cm widths, and thoroughly squeeze out the water from the cucumber. 8. Add the ingredients to ④ and mix, then add salt, pepper, yogurt, and mayonnaise to finish. ■ingredients ・2 Potatoes ・30g Carrots ・1/2 Cucumber ・4 slices Ham ・2 tbsp Mayonnaise ・1.5 tbsp Greek yogurt ・1/2 tsp Sugar ・1/2 tsp Granulated consomme ・Salt and pepper ■Instructions 1.
