The sector, which achieved $2.6 million in exports last year, reached $820,000 in exports in the first six months of 2026. Produced using approximately 100 million liters of milk, Maraş ice cream... The sector, which quickly recovered after the earthquake, provides employment for approximately 2,000 people and makes a significant contribution to the Kahramanmaraş economy.
