Blue Cypress Lake in Vero Beach Florida is known for producing giant Florida largemouth bass, but this tournament made us work for every bite. What started as a slow morning turned around after making one key adjustment—picking up a 6in ‪@GamblerLures‬ Burner Worm in Junebug. Swimming and hopping it through the grass. That change finally put some fish in the kayak and helped me finish 19th in the Florida B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Series tournament. It wasn't the birthday finish I was hoping for, but every tournament is another opportunity to learn, adapt, and get better.
