Hello, friends! Today I want to share an amazing recipe that will be a real find for everyone who cares about their health. We are going to make homemade gluten-free bread that is not only incredibly delicious but also very healthy! This bread will amaze you with its softness and exceptional taste – it is no less than traditional wheat bread! It’s easy and quick to prepare, without any hassle. Just a few steps, and you’ll have fluffy, appetizing bread that’s perfect for breakfast or as a snack. I’m sure it will become a family favorite! Ingredients: • Oatmeal (ground into flour) – 360 g • Yeast – 10 g • Salt – 1 teaspoon • Warm water – 500 ml • Vegetable oil – 30 ml • Sesame seeds (for topping) • Sunflower seeds (for topping) Steps for Preparation: 1. Preparing Oats: Grind 360 g of oats in a blender until it reaches a flour-like consistency. 2. Adding Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, 10 g of dry yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt, and stir well. 3. Adding Liquid: Gradually pour in 500 ml of warm water and 30 ml of vegetable oil. Mix well until you achieve a smooth consistency. 4. Rising Time: Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. 5. Preparing the Baking Pan: Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil. 6. Shaping the Bread: Pour the dough into the prepared pan, smooth the surface, drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil on top, and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds. 7. Second Rising of the Dough: Cover the pan and let the dough rise in a warm place for another 20 minutes. 8. Baking: Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the bread for 50 minutes, until it turns golden. 9. Cooling: After baking, allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing. 10.
