Try this recipe today and bataiye humein ki kaise laga. #monsoonrecipes #chefharpal #kalachanasoup #kalachanashorba #blackchanasoup #monsoonmeals #blackchickpeasrecipes Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tsp Bay leaf 5 no Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black cardamom 5 no Ginger 2 inch Garlic cloves 8-10 no Green chilli 5 no Black chickpeas boiled 1½ cup Red chilli powder 1 tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Water as required Black salt 1 tsp Garam masala 1 ½ tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Chickpeas boiled water 1 cup Coriander sprig 5-6 no Salt to taste Lemon juice ½ no Lemon wedges for garnish Mint leaves sprig for garnish Method:- 1. Place a kadai on medium flame and heat oil. Add bay leaves, cumin seeds and black cardamom. 2. In a mixer jar add ginger, garlic cloves and green chilli blend coarsely. Then add in kadai and mix well. 3. In that mixer jar add boiled black chickpeas blend coarsely. 4. Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, water, black salt, garam masala and black pepper powder mix well. 5. Add boiled black chickpeas water and paste mix well. 6. Add water and coriander sprig in mixer jar and blend well. Add in kadai mix well. 7. Now add salt and mix it everything well. 8. Now squeeze the lemon wedges and mix well. 9.
