(Intermediate and advanced levels) 30 DAYS x 30 MINUTES = ALWAYS MOTIVATED This is the yoga class for WEEK 1 OF 2020, in which we'll focus on this same sequence for 6 days. Each week, we'll be doing a new sequence, gradually increasing the level (the time will always be 30 minutes), and we'll be incorporating equipment such as dumbbells and a fit ball, so you can get your gear ready. 30 minutes of consistent physical activity helps us maintain a good energy level and, above all, motivates us to do it, since it's a time we can easily allocate during our day.
