Damp? Follow the trail.

A sub-floor inspection is well worth the effort as it will reveal so much that can very easily be missed. As a professional surveyor I take pride in the survey reports that I provide and that is why going the extra mile is standard. I understand that some associations deter members from carrying out invasive surveys but I will never understand the restrictions that are imposed. Call me old fashioned but part of being a surveyor means getting your hands dirty.
