Language scrolling is basically the act of going through a number of responses or phrases to respond to questions or through attempt to communicate something. Scrolling in sign language can be common, especially in the early learning stages, and in children with conditional discrimination issues. While this scrolling through responses is a common problem related to error correction in children, kids scrolling should be something we look at and try to minimize. In today’s video, I’m talking about this problem behavior, what it means, how getting rid of scrolling isn’t an easy task, and what can happen to a child scrolling through words in the long run. Is your child giving incorrect responses? Let’s discuss in the comments section below.
