I Finally Got My Rare Gray Budgie to Eat from My Hand!

In this video, something unexpected happened… I got a really rare dark grey female budgie. And honestly, I think I might need to hand-raise her. You’d think having a whole flock in an aviary makes them friendly… but that’s not always true. That’s why a bird like this could be a very special addition. At the same time, I’m building a chicken run in my garden — giving my birds more space to explore… but there’s a problem. I’ve already noticed cats watching them. So the big question is… is it actually safe? And when it comes to hand feeding — with an older baby like this, it’s manageable. But with younger chicks… it’s a completely different challenge.
