Almost There: Cathedral Update, a Giant Door Panic & Mo Burger moves in

An end-of-year update from Chandwell, and it finally feels like the finishing line is in sight. In this video I talk through where the cathedral build is up to - the south aisle and south porch are now complete, leaving just the south transept and the south-east porch to finish. After that it’s all about the ground, the setting, and bringing the whole thing together. I also talk about starting what I’m calling the big push to completion, including a brief wobble over the giant door (I was convinced I’d got it wrong… thankfully, I hadn’t), and what it’s like when a long project starts to tip from “ongoing” to “nearly done”. And there’s a small sneak preview of something new on Station Road too - Mo Burger, the latest business to arrive in Chandwell.
