✨TAHU TEMPE BACEM✨ Martin Praja's Recipe Ingredients: 250gr Tofu 250gr Tempe 1 sachet of Marinade Seasoning 3 cloves of Garlic (mashed) 3 pieces of Bay Leaves 4 cm Galangal (sliced/crushed) 50 grams of Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce 300 ml of Coconut Water How to Make: 1. Put all the ingredients in a frying pan (tempe, tofu, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, finely ground garlic, Marinade Seasoning, coconut water and bay leaves). 2. Boil (simmer) over medium heat until the spices are absorbed. 3. Turn off the stove, cool the marinated tofu until completely cold. Store in the refrigerator. 4. Just before serving, heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the marinated tofu, cook briefly, turning occasionally. 5.
