Coasteering | Arrabida National Park, Portugal

11th July 2023 I went Coasteering for the first time in Arrabida National Park, just south of Lisbon, Portugal. Arrabida is a beautiful national park with many outdoor and water sport activities, so it's the most perfect location in Western Europe. I have been wanting to do Coasteering for a few months ago, so jumped at the opportunity when I visited Lisbon for the 2nd time in July 2023. I would call myself an avid traveller, and an adventure seeker, though I have never done anything like this, am not at my most fittest, and still suffer from a slight fear of heights and falling. It was the most terrifying, yet thrilling and fun activity I have done in my 28 years on this planet and everyone should give it a go at some point!
