Gesunde Ernährung: 10 Regeln (DGE)

► Nutritional Advice (Online): https://bit.ly/3GzRzt5 A healthy diet is important for everyone. Whether you want to lose weight with a healthy diet or simply stay fit and healthy, it makes no difference; the rules are the same. Here I'll give you 10 rules and tips on how to eat healthily. They apply to adults and children and are a basis for healthy eating. The rules originally come from the German Society for the Prevention of Inflammation and Intestinal Diseases (DGE) and are based on current scientific findings. Important note: This video is about the 10 rules of the DGE, but the video itself is not from the DGE. Therefore, some of the wording in the video may be different from how the DGE would have formulated it, and some information that is included in the detailed DGE rules may be missing. With this video, I want to help spread the DGE's 10 rules and help as many people as possible eat healthily. If you want to criticize individual points, please read the original rules first – perhaps I worded something unclearly or made a mistake. Ps.: The DGE probably wouldn't have called the video "Healthy Nutrition" at all, but rather "Health-Promoting Nutrition" or "Wholesome Nutrition" – but that doesn't click as well ;) ► Workplace Health Promotion (On-site or Online): https://bit.ly/3OBtXW1 Instagram: https://bit.ly/3vhuKA5 Check out the original 10 rules on the DGE website: https://www.dge.de/ernaehrungspraxis/...
