Brewing a Lager At Room Temperature? W34/70 vs Novalager: From Fermonster to Oxebar Which Will Win?
In this video, Brad splits a Festa Brew Continental Pilsner Kit into two FerMonsters and ferments them using two popular lager yeasts: W-34/70 and NovaLager. The goal is to determine which yeast performs better when fermenting at room temperature. Given that the Festa Brew kits are 23 liters, he uses two 11.5-liter FerMonsters, which are then transferred into Kegland Oxebar 8L kegs.
