How to Make Beer - Brewer's Best Dunkelweizen Kit Beer Review. I'm not a beer kit kinda guy. I much prefer all grain brewing, but I know not everyone feels the same. So, we got a kit of a Dark Wheat Beer, a Dunkelweizen from Brewer's Best and decided to give it a try. Now, if you're new to beer brewing, I highly suggest watching this video, as I explain a lot of the procedures that the instructions in the kit left out. To me, a kit is nice if you've never brewed before, but after that... following a beer recipe and using all grain methods is cheaper and in my opinion, makes a better beer.
