Breath - EDS Society Series Week 1 | Hypermobility Exercises With Jeannie Di Bon
I’m a huge fan of breathing practice to calm the nervous system, relax the body and mind and make us aware of tension we may be holding in the tissue. Breathing is the first principle in my Integral Movement Method for hypermobility. Breath first, movement second. Unless the mind is calmed by the breath first, the movement will likely be compromised in some way - whether that’s by anxiety, stress, fear of movement or pain. Breathing can help you take control of this so that you can start to move freely. I hope you enjoy this first session and can join me over the following three weeks as we keep moving together.
