Fırınsız Vişneli Pratik Tatlı Tarifi ​📋 Malzemeler ​Sosu İçin: • ​300 g vişne / 2,5 Su bardağı • ​100 g toz şeker /Yarım su bardağı • ​Yarım limon kabuğu • ​1 dolu tatlı kaşığı mısır nişastası • ​2-3 yemek kaşığı su (nişastayı açmak için) • ​Opsiyonel: 1 adet kabuk tarçın ​Kreması İçin: • ​300 g labne / 1 Paket • ​200 ml krema (%35-38 yağlı) /%18 Yağlı • ​180 ml süt /1 Su bardağından 2 Parmak eksik / 50 Ml Süt /Çeyrek Su bardağı • ​1 paket toz şanti ​/ 2 paket toz krem şanti • ​3 Yemek kaşığı pudra şekeri ​Tabanı İçin: • ​1 paket (200 g) kedi dili bisküvi • ​2 su bardağı süt (ıslatmak için) • ​(İsteğe bağlı) Kaynamaya başlayınca içerisine 1-2 dakika kadar kabuk tarçın atıp ardından çıkarın. 🍒 hepsinin buz gibi (videodaki %18 kreması ile yapılmıştır.) • Ekstra olarak krema %18 yağlı ise ölçüler tam tarifin yanında yazıyor aynı şekilde çırpalım • ​Hazırladığınız tatlıyı buzdolabına gönderin. En az 4 saat, tercihen bir gece buzdolabında dinlendirin. ​afiyet olsun! ​🍒 No-Bake Quick Cherry Dessert ​📋 Ingredients ​For the Cherry Sauce: • ​300 g cherries (approx. 2.5 cups) • ​100 g granulated sugar (approx. \frac{1}{2} cup) • ​Grated zest of \frac{1}{2} lemon • ​1 heaping tsp cornstarch • ​2-3 tbsp water (to dissolve the cornstarch) • ​Optional:1 cinnamon stick ​For the Cream: • ​300 g labneh cheese (1 pack) • ​200 ml heavy cream (35-38% fat) ◦ ​(Alternative for 18% light cream: Use 50 ml milk instead of 180 ml) • ​180 ml milk (approx. \frac{3}{4} cup) • ​1 pack of powdered whipped cream (shanti) ◦ ​(Alternative for 18% light cream: Use 2 packs of powdered whipped cream) • ​3 tbsp powdered sugar ​For the Base: • ​1 pack (200 g) Ladyfingers (Kedi dili biscuits) • ​2 cups milk (for soaking) ​👩‍🍳 Preparation ​1. Making the Cherry Sauce: • ​Place the cherries, granulated sugar, and lemon zest in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the cherries soften. • ​(Optional) Once it starts boiling, toss in the cinnamon stick for 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavor, then remove it. • ​In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 2-3 tablespoons of water. Pour this mixture into the boiling cherries, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. • ​Set aside to cool to room temperature. ​2. Making the Cream: ▪ ​⚠️ Important Note: Make sure all your cream ingredients (labneh, cream, milk, powdered whipped cream, and powdered sugar) are ice-cold before starting. • ​Put all the cream ingredients into a deep mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until it becomes stiff and holds its shape. • ​(If you are using the 18% fat cream alternative, follow the adjusted measurements listed in the ingredients and whip the same way). ​3. Assembly: • ​Dip the ladyfingers very briefly into cold milk and take them out immediately. (We don't want them too soggy; don't worry, they will continue to soften as they sit with the cream). • ​Arrange a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of a large baking dish (like a Borcam). Spread half of the cream evenly over them. Repeat the process to make a second layer of biscuits and cream. • ​Pour the cooled or lukewarm cherry sauce smoothly over the top layer of cream. ​4. Chilling: • ​Place the dessert in the refrigerator.
