Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce Ingredients: 750 – pork spare ribs 1 tbsp – onion a small amount – red pepper (for garnish) about 10–15 g each – ginger, scallion (green onion), garlic, spring onion 2 – bird’s eye chilies (skip if you don’t eat spicy) 1 tbsp each – XO sauce, dark soy sauce, fermented black beans, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce 1½ tbsp – potato starch a little – dried tangerine peel Steam on high heat for 15 minutes; remember to gently loosen with chopsticks midway.
