Long Island Rail Road Train 2708-2 at Westhampton on Friday May 27, 2016.
Friday May 27, 2016 at 4 PM EDT. We see the second segment of Train 2708 arrive at Westhampton, go onto the passing siding to allow Montauk to Jamaica Train 2709 to pass, then next do a Reverse Move back onto the main track, and finally pull up to the Westhampton platform to discharge passengers. This second 2708 train was placed into service to accommodate the overflow crowd for 2708 at Jamaica. The equipment used was from an Oyster Bay train, and includes locomotives DM30AC 515 and 516 with 5 C3 Bilevel Passenger Cars.
