Only 3.7g of carbs per serving! 🎉 . 🛒 INGREDIENTS (12 servings) ▪️ 1 cup heavy cream ▪️ 100g dark chocolate 🍫 (70% cacao), chopped ▪️ 30-50g erythritol (depending on how dark the chocolate is) ▪️ 30g butter 🧈 ▪️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▪️ 50g chopped pecans . 👩‍🍳 PREPARATION 1. In a pan over low heat 🔥, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring 🥣 constantly, until condensed milk forms (when it reduces by half and forms a sticky cream). 2. Transfer the condensed milk to a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes ⏲. Pour in the chopped chocolate and mix until completely melted. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized pan (I used 20 cm x 15 cm) lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. 3. Refrigerate ❄️ for one hour or until completely cool. Cut into 9 squares and refrigerate. 4. Enjoy! 😋 . 💡 TIP: Add one more cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of MCT oil, and freeze to make a delicious keto chocolate ice cream. .
